Jena's Way Rebate Application

Thank you for supporting Jena's Way and our mission to promote safer roads through education and awareness. Please complete the application below to request reimbursement for an approved safety training course.

Please note:

• Training taken prior to June 11, 2026 will not be honored

• Applicants must be Connecticut residents

• Applications must be submitted within 60 days of course completion

• Rebates are limited to one per person per calendar year

• Maximum reimbursement amount is $250.00

• Rebates are subject to available funding

• Please allow up to 30 days to verify and process reimbursement

By Submitting this application and accepting a rebate from Jena's Way, I acknowledge that Jena's Way does not operate, control, or endorse the training courses for which rebates are offered. All course instruction, content and safety practices are the sole responsibility of the training provider.

I understand that participation in driving or motorcycle training courses involve inherent risks. By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless Jena's Way, its directors, officers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participating in any training course.

I acknowledge that any rebate provided by Jena's Way is intended solely to support the organization's charitable mission of promoting road safety awareness and education. Rebates are not compensation, wages, or financial assistance based on hardship.
